BetterActs Collective Inc. is an incorporated not-for-profit association in Victoria, ABN 90 406 224 512, recognised by the ATO as a not-for-profit.

How we decide
Board
Decisions on budget, programs and policy are made by the board and minuted.
Funds
Used for volunteering programs and Lori development. Nothing is distributed to members or directors.
Volunteers
Every volunteer is briefed, covered by our guidelines and can raise concerns directly with the board.
Feedback
We ask volunteers and partner organisations after every program and change things because of it.
Volunteer and community guidelines
Respect every identity, take turns, invite rather than pressure, protect people's privacy, and tell a coordinator or info@betteractscollective.org if something feels wrong.
Acknowledgement of Country
BetterActs Collective acknowledges the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung people of the Kulin Nation, the Traditional Owners of the land where we meet and work in Naarm (Melbourne), and the Yorta Yorta people, on whose Country our regional work in Shepparton took place. Sovereignty was never ceded. We pay our respects to Elders past and present.
